Eligibility for Refunds

  • Refunds are only applicable for damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered by us.
  • To qualify for a refund, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving your request, we will ask for clear photographs or videos of the issue (e.g., damage, defect, or incorrect product).
  • Once the issue is verified, we will proceed with your refund.

Refund Options:

  • Replacement or Repair: Where possible, we will first attempt to replace or repair the product.
  • Refund: If replacement or repair is not viable, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Customized neon signs and frames, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Orders placed with incorrect details provided by the customer.

Return Shipping

  • For eligible refunds, we will cover the cost of return shipping if the error is on our end.
  • If the error is due to customer input (e.g., incorrect size or design provided), the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.

Timeline for Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method or offered as store credit.
