The product you got from Arteez.pk & it has any damage or defect so take a picture or shoot a video and send us E-mail (arteezpk@gmail.com) or contact our team through whats app +92-330-556-7361.
Return or exchange is only applicable if the product is damage during delivery or there is some issue in making.
Pricing & content Information:
Whereas, we carefully maintain our price and content, but occasionally or accidentally any error may arrived. In this situation Arteez.pk have authority to cancel or replace order. However we consult our customer to increase price. If customer give wrong information about the customization, customer will have to pay amount for this miss information company is not responsible for this.
Order Acceptance :
We have right to accept or deny the order, this type of situation arrived when there is any issue in customer given information, credit bills,stock,natural or political situations,pricing blunders and delivery issues.
Delivery charges :
Delivery charges varies according to city. We offer our customers friendly delivery charges. Delivery charges may be applicable according to weight of the parcel.
